2. Complete the Questionnaire & Upload Documents

Once scheduled, you’ll receive a short form to help us understand your specific needs. You’ll also be asked to upload your documents for review so we can prepare in advance. This helps our certified and bonded notary professionals ensure everything is in order before arrival.

3. Prepare Your Documents

Please fill out your documents ahead of time—but do not sign them until the appointment. We must witness your signature in person to notarize documents quickly and properly. 

4. Bring Valid ID

Each signer must present a valid, government-issued photo ID for identity verification. This is part of our commitment as a trusted notary professional to follow state and legal guidelines.

5. Meet with Your Notary

At your scheduled time, we’ll meet you at your chosen location. Our friendly and reliable notary will verify your ID, review your documents, and complete the notarization process with care and precision.  6. Payment & Confirmation

The remaining balance is due at the time of service. We accept Cash, Venmo, VISA or MasterCard (MC). Once complete, you’ll receive confirmation of your notarization and peace of mind, knowing the job was done right.
